EastWise is dedicated to showcasing Eastern Mega-Projects and Cultural Landmarks to the world through premium short dramas. We focus on human wonders like the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, the Great Wall, and the Forbidden City, as well as natural and cultural icons like Pandas and Jiuzhaigou. We reject low-quality, fast-food content in favor of high-specification production.

本平台所有剧集均为原创，剧本经专业团队打磨，已通过中国省级广播电视主管部门审核备案，并依法取得《作品登记证书》。所有内容（含 AI 辅助生成素材）版权归 EastWise（东方智慧）所有。未经 EastWise 书面许可，任何个人或组织不得对本平台内容进行翻录、复制、修改、传播、分发、出售或用于商业用途。

All series are original works, polished by professional teams, reviewed and filed by the provincial radio and television administration, and registered under Chinese copyright law. All content (including AI-generated materials) is owned by EastWise. No individual or organization may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from EastWise.

4. 付费与订阅 / Payments & Subscriptions

4.1 本平台提供按集购买和全集通行证两种付费方式。所有价格以美元计价。

4.2 支付由 PayPal 支付平台处理，我们不会存储用户的信用卡或银行账户信息。

4.3 购买后，用户可在本平台内观看已解锁的内容，具体使用权限以购买时说明为准。

4.4 付款完成即表示用户同意支付所购内容对应的全部费用。

4.1 We offer per-episode purchases and full series passes. All prices are in USD. 4.2 Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card or bank account information. 4.3 Upon purchase, content is unlocked for viewing on our platform. 4.4 By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount for the selected content.

5. 退款政策 / Refund Policy

由于本平台提供的是数字内容（短剧视频），内容一经购买并解锁，即刻完成交付。除因技术故障导致视频无法正常播放外，所有购买均为最终决定，不予退款。

Due to the nature of digital content (short drama videos), all sales are final and non-refundable once the content is unlocked and accessed, except in cases where technical issues prevent the video from playing.

6. 用户行为规范 / User Conduct

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 7.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in our registered location.
