EastWise (eastwise.tv) provides streaming access to digital short drama content. Due to the instant-consumption nature of digital content, our refund policy differs from physical goods. This policy explains our refund and delivery principles.

2. Delivery Method

2.1 Upon purchase, your selected content is immediately unlocked for streaming through our online video player on the website.

2.2 Content is delivered via Tencent Cloud VOD (Content Delivery Network). No download or physical shipping is required.

2.3 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the digital delivery nature of this service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Rule: Digital video content is an instant-consumption product. Once purchased and unlocked, the service is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.

3.2 Technical Issues: If our technical problems prevent you from watching purchased content (e.g., video unplayable for more than 48 consecutive hours), please contact us. We will assess the situation and provide a refund or alternative solution.

3.3 Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong content, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will review your case.

4. Refund Process

  • Include: Device ID, purchased content name, purchase date, and issue description
  • We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Method & Timeline

5.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5.2 Processing time depends on Airwallex and the card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.

5.3 Refund amount equals the original purchase amount, excluding any applicable fees.
